Limited Rights Agreement

Effective Date: 07.20.2022Background:• This Limited Rights Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the limited use of the digital product provided by EmpowerHer Network (referred to as "Licensor") to users (referred to as "Licensee").Agreement:Grant of License:• Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product provided by Licensor for personal or internal business purposes only.Restrictions:• Licensee agrees not to modify, distribute, reproduce, or sublicense the digital product in whole or in part.
• Licensee agrees not to remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings on the digital product.Ownership:• Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the digital product, including all intellectual property rights.Payment:• Licensee agrees to pay any applicable fees or charges associated with the use of the digital product as specified by Licensor.Term and Termination:• This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at any time for violation of the terms of this Agreement.• Licensee agrees to pay a fine of up to 100 euros to Licensor for each violation of the terms of this Agreement. Licensor reserves the right to enforce this fine in addition to any other remedies available under law.Acceptance:• By using the digital product provided by EmpowerHer Network, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
